Our Lonza from Cure & Pickle is prepared using the finest high-welfare pork loin, cured with a delicate balance of sea salt and hand-selected botanicals. Following the traditional artisan method, it is air-dried slowly to develop its unique character. As with all our products, it is completely free from growth hormones, antibiotics, and artificial nitrates—allowing the quality of the meat to shine through.
