All of the ice cream is handmade in Vietnam and all of Østerberg’s ice cream recipes are crafted by Cathrine Østerberg, who holds a B.Sc. in Food Science and a M.Sc. in Gastronomy & Health from the University of Copenhagen. With extensive research, including a Master’s thesis on ice cream structure under Dr. Douglas Goff, one of the world’s leading ice cream researchers, Cathrine ensures the products are both innovative and have great structure and taste.
