At Østerberg, natural, high-quality ingredients are prioritized, with no preservatives or artificial colors and flavors added. All of the ice cream is handmade in Vietnam and all of Østerberg’s ice cream recipes are crafted by Cathrine Østerberg, who holds a B.Sc. in Food Science and a M.Sc. in Gastronomy & Health from the University of Copenhagen. With extensive research, including a Master’s thesis on ice cream structure under Dr. Douglas Goff, one of the world’s leading ice cream researchers, Cathrine ensures the products are both innovative and have great structure and taste.
