Wholewheat Sourdough Bread With Dried Raisins
- The Sharon Artisan Bakery wholewheat sourdough bread with dried raisins is vegan. It contains nothing but flour, mineral water and salt (we add no sugar, no commercial yeast, no dairy, no oil/butter etc.). They use 100% natural fermentation methods to make the bread, and therefore, their bread contains dietary fibres and body friendly bacteria that gives our bread essential probiotic qualities.The process for making each bread takes between 24-72 hours, and the entire process is done by hand. The result is an amazing caramelised crust and airy soft moist crumb.
