Jalapenos and cheese wholemeal sourdough bread (vegan):

• Our vegan and vegetarian sourdough breads contains nothing but flour, mineral water and salt (we add no sugar, no commercial yeast, no dairy, no oil/butter etc.).
• We use 100% natural fermentation methods to make our Sourdough breads.
• The process for making each bread takes between 24-72 hours, and the entire process is done by hand.
• The result is an amazing caramelised crust and airy soft moisty crumb.
