Wholemeal sourdough bread (vegan):
Baked from flour, mineral water and salt using 100% natural fermentation methods. The bread contains dietary fibres and body friendly bacteria that gives our bread essential probiotic qualities. The process for making each bread takes between 24-72 hours; and the entire process is done by hand. The result is an amazing caramelised crust and airy soft moisty crumb.
Vegan friendly, no added sugar, commercial yeast, diary, oil/butter.
