The vegan rye sourdough bread from Sharon Artisan Bakery contains nothing but flour, mineral water and salt (no added sugar, no commercial yeast, no dairy, no oil/butter etc.). They use 100% natural fermentation methods to make their sourdough breads. The process for making each bread takes between 24-72 hours, and the entire process is done by hand. The result is an amazing caramelised crust and airy soft moist crumb.
