Multi-seed wholemeal sourdough bread (vegan):

Baked from flour, mineral water and salt using 100% natural fermentation methods, therefore, the bread contains dietary fibres and body friendly bacteria that gives our bread essential probiotic qualities. The process for making each bread takes between 24-72 hours, and the entire process is done by hand. The result is an amazing caramelised crust and airy soft moisty crumb.

With black and white sesame, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
