All-natural Swiss chard:

A flavourfull vegetable. The coulorful yellow, red, purple and pink leaves have a sweet taste reminiscent of beets, while the firm leaves are slightly bitter with an earthy taste.

Swiss chard is an excellent source of vitamin A and vitamin K and a good source of vitamin C and magnesium.
