Indulge in our ready-to-enjoy Duck Leg Confit, prepared using only high-quality legs from our locally sourced, all-natural ducks. Each leg is slow-cooked and preserved in its own luxurious fat, resulting in incredibly tender, moist meat and perfectly crisp skin when reheated.
Simple Cooking Instructions:
- For Crispy Skin: Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the confit legs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the skin is beautifully golden and exceptionally crispy.
