Pimp Your Raw Bite

Only the imaginations set the limits on how to enjoy your RawBite bar. It can be super simple or it can just be simple, let us take you through some of the world of possibilities and please do share your own creations with us! 

The super simple options are to select your favorite flavor or maybe two favorite flavors and enjoy them in any setting you can think of – in your favorite chair with a great read, reading the Sunday paper, to the movies or share with friends. 

RawBites make a perfect snack, it not only provides you with that much needed energy in the middle of the afternoon, but it does so full of flavor and as a top pick healthy choice. Bring it to the office or school. It is a wonderful energizer before or after any sport workout, exam or presentation. 

Bring with you to a potluck or a picnic, a Sunday hike, taking the dog for a long walk, on the boat or in the car. As we started out saying there are no limits for enjoyment. 

Make it part of your lunch pack. Whether you’re lounging on a rooftop with your co-workers, sitting in an office kitchen or in the park: a lunchbox in your bag is the best way to avoid falling to the junk food trap. Meal prepping is the answer to the eternal question and we suggest to include your favorite RawBite bar. 

You could also choose to go a little RawBite crazy and let the bites be part of a full recipe, allow us to share some of our favorites with you. 

RawBite Bowl:

For the base

2 (organic) mangos

1 ½ (organic) bananas

2 tbsp (organic) coconut spread

For the topping

1 RawBite cashew bar

crushed (vegan) chocolate pearls

banana slices

flaxseed

raw crunchy dried (organic) coconut flakes

RawBite popsicles:

Ingredients:

1 organic avocado

2 large organic bananas

2 dl organic coconut water

2 RawBite Protein bars

Zest from one organic lime

Place 1 RawBite bar in the blender or in a food processor and blend until you have a crumbly mixture. Put this in a bowl. Together with the other ingredients, place the second RawBite bar in the blender and blend again. The smoothie should be liquid enough to pour. If it’s not liquid enough, add more coconut water. Pour the smoothie into the 4 popsicle forms and close the form with the blended RawBite bar sprinkles. Freeze for at least 4 hours before enjoying your homemade RawBite popsicles!

Pimp your RawBite Bars – go crazy and have fun and make your favorites, here are a few suggestions

 

 

COCONUT Bar

Ingredients:

  • 1 RawBite COCONUT bar
  • 15 g coconut cream
  • 30 g (vegan) chocolate
  • 3 g coconut oil
  • 3 g coconut flakes

 Instruction:

  1. Spread the coconut cream all over the COCONUT bar. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. While that time, melt the (vegan) chocolate with coconut oil.
  3. When the coconut cream has hardened, cover the bar with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with the coconut flakes.

 VANILLA BERRIES bar

Ingredients:

  • 1 RawBite VANILLA BERRIES bar
  • 10 g berries jam
  • 30 g (vegan) chocolate
  • 3 g coconut oil
  • 1 strawberry

 Instruction:

  1. Spread the jam on top of the bar. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. While that time, melt the (vegan) chocolate with coconut oil.
  3. Slice the strawberry.
  4. When the jam has hardened, cover the bar with the melted chocolate and decorate with the strawberry slices.

 CASHEW bar

Ingredients:

  • 1 RawBite CASHEW bar
  • 10 g peanut butter
  • 30 g (vegan) chocolate
  • 3 g coconut oil
  • 10 g roasted almonds

 Instruction: 

  1. Spread the peanut butter on top of the bar. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. While that time, melt the (vegan) chocolate with coconut oil.
  3. When the peanut butter has hardened, cover the bar with the melted chocolate and decorate with roasted almond.

 APPLE CINNAMON bar

Ingredients:

  • 1 RAWBITE APPLE CINNAMON bar
  • 10 g apple compote
  • 30 g (vegan) chocolate
  • 3 g coconut oil

 Instruction: 

  1. Spread the apple compote on top of the bar. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. While that time, melt the (vegan) chocolate with the coconut oil.
  3. When the apple compote has hardened, use a fork to sprinkle the chocolate on top of the compote.

RawBite vegan “cheese cake”

Material:

Cupcake mould – Parchment paper

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 RawBite COCONUT bar
  • 100 g almonds
  • 15 g coconut milk 

Filling:

  • 1 RawBite VANILLA BERRIES bar –  crumbled 
  • 180 g cashews (soak in water overnight)
  • 1 lime juice
  • 80 g coconut oil
  • 1 coconut can fat
  • 70 g berries

 Decoration:

berries, lime wheal, coconut, flakes

Instruction:

Crust:

  1. Lightly grease a standard, 8-slot muffin tin. To make removing the cheesecakes easier, cut strips of parchment paper and lay them in the slots. This creates little tabs that makes removing them easier to pop out once frozen.
  2. In a food processor, crumble the coconut bar, place the almond and the coconut milk, and grind until everything looks like a nice crumble.
  3. Divide the preparation between the 8-muffin tin and press with your finger to pack them down.

Filling:

  1. Open the coconut can, and take out the hardest part on top. This is the fat we will use. You should have approximately 150g.
  2. Place all the ingredients of the filling in a blender and blend until perfectly smooth.
  3. Divide the preparation between the 8 tins and place in the freezer for a minimum 4-6 hours.
  4. Once set, wait 10 minutes before removing them by tugging on the tabs or loosening them with a butter knife. They should pop right out.
  5. Decorate your cheesecake with what you desire and enjoy! You can use any RawBite bars you desire to make the recipe! Play with flavours!
