Potato and Carrot Soup


4 carrots
1 potato
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
200 g cream
100 ml vegetable broth


  1. Cut all the veggies in small pieces
  2. Brown the onion and the garlic.
  3. Add the potato and carrots and leave it on medium heat for 15 minutes or until soft.
  4. Add the broth and boil until all the vegetables are tender and complety cooked.
  5. Process all the veggies, and add the cream. If you want a softer texture, add little by littly the broth, until you get the texture that you like.
  6. Strain for a better and softer texture. And to make sure you dont have any lumps.
  7. Ready to serve!
